Mob in Fashion has partnered with the Australian Style Institute to create a scholarship program to equip stylists with professional, industry level skills.
Australian Style Institute delivers innovative courses that empower students with everything they need to become successful professional stylists, from personal styling to editorial, red carpet and so much more.
Unlike many other educational institutions, they specialise solely in styling, with courses designed to provide the most valuable industry opportunities and experiences.
Since the beginning of the scholarships we have had 3 stylists complete their courses.
Mob In Fashion Pathways Program
MELBOURNE FASHION FESTIVAL
Mob In Fashion was created as the pathways program that gives opportunities for First Nations creatives in ‘behind the scenes’ roles such as photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, production, journalism and social media to name a few. With over 40 nationwide applications. We employed 13 creatives. The most First Nations creatives ever employed at the festival.
